I can't believe you have read over 200 books! That's so amazing to me! I have read over 100 books which I am pretty happy about. I need to push through lots of more books by the end of the year! Also the synopsis of Trent had me bursting out laughing 😂

Trent sounds like a train wreck 👀 and sounds like it has major fetishization of black Women🙃

I agree 100% about ITUE, such a disappointment. Not to mention, there were some things I could not get on board with. On the other hand, I LOVE LOVE LOVED Outmatched. So cute, romantic and funny! I would love a book about Dean. <3

Lacey, I love how the spoilers are either a bit of miss for me when you have them for certain books. It just makes me know what to expect and/or steer clear from. Thus, I'm definitely not going to read the book just for how certain details hits my pet peeves list. Still find the video entertaining. TFS! 😊

First, if the MC's of Deviant King are in HS, why the heck do they have some guy on the cover that looks near on 30 years old???!

I've read other books by Xyla Turner and whilst she is not a favorite, some are ok (Take A Knee is pretty good with both an alpha male and alpha female who are both in sports) with none of that nonsense you mentioned about Trent.

Thank you for saying how Kennedy Ryan seamlessly wove all the politics and social commentary into romance in her incredible duet. In with the sea of mad gushing, I've also seen some GR reviewers, including some that I rate highly, saying that they felt like it was all forced, what about other missing women, (TJ Klune also wrote 'Olive Juice' which includes a similar story about a different group of women) and they got bored with reading about all the 'issues' and I'm like… ummm.. what???… did we read the same book??? Do you not read/hear/listen to the news – AKA know what going on in the world? But then, that is a touch of privilege showing there methinks… It's actually really refreshing to see issues that we never tend to hear about being discussed with such depth and respect within the romance genre. It also makes me want to find more CR (not the horrible HR variety) with indigenous MC's, so if you know of any please let me know. Anyway, for me, my KR cherry was finally popped (!) and now I'm onto more adventures with her books.

And I LOVE that you mentioned my beloved Wolfsong (I'm on a mission to get people to read that and other TJ Klune books). BUT – I was expecting a huge gush especially when you said it was an all-time favorite (it's one of mine too) but you said so very little about it! And you really need to get onto Ravensong and Heartsong quick sharp too! (and he is publishing a freebie short story on his website in Jan before the last book is released next August). TFS 🙂
