I experienced reader’s block for almost six months and I stumbled on one of your videos, the one with historical recommendations. I’m happy to say my reader’s block is gone🤗🤗🤗. Started reading the Mackenzie series!!! Thank you!!💛💛🤗🤗 Vrinda Kedia July 12, 2021 at 8:02 pm I loved Marriage for one. Buy The Book July 12, 2021 at 8:02 pm Agree with you about Marriage for One! It just felt super repetitive as well but it’d be the same boring scenes again and again not even something interesting !! Barbara Desmond July 12, 2021 at 8:02 pm 💕 Jenny Rodriguez July 12, 2021 at 8:02 pm I read Daisy Jones and the Six and felt I wanted more from the book. The romance really wasn't there. Didn't like Daisy. I love Rock and Roll music and felt I would enjoy this book. If anyone is interested in a Rock and Roll romance definitely read Carian Cole Ashes and Embers books. Those books are steamy! Nayema’s Reads July 12, 2021 at 8:02 pm everyone loved the audiobook for daisy jones and the six!!! i need to listen to it!!!! Nayema’s Reads July 12, 2021 at 8:02 pm did you like the seven husbands of evelyn hugo? i really want to read it and the reviews are so polarizing! Dana Cuadrado July 12, 2021 at 8:02 pm the reviews I've seen for Jen DeLuca's second book also makes me unlikely to pick it up soon Monika July 12, 2021 at 8:02 pm I agree with your opinion of Marriage for One. I found that I kept skipping a lot of parts. hea booktubes July 12, 2021 at 8:02 pm I didn’t read any of them. 😆♥️🎄 Harisa Henderson July 12, 2021 at 8:02 pm Love this idea! I only read Well Met and did not love it. I am careful about following hype for this reason remarkablylisa July 12, 2021 at 8:02 pm everyone go stare at lacey's shelf in every new video of hers remarkablylisa July 12, 2021 at 8:02 pm i really liked well met i dont even know how you held off for so long RebeccaW July 12, 2021 at 8:02 pm Sorry some of these books didn’t work out for you. Loved Well Met, 5 stars. Daisy – I didn’t finish it – possibly for the same reasons as you… Great narration though. Haven’t read your 3rd book, but it’s on my wish list. I only just recently read RWaRB too, so thankful I waited until after the 2020 US election – and I say this as an Australian – I learnt a lot about American Politics in the lead up of this election, more than I ever have been interested to know (possibly because Trump’s presidency has negatively affected the world, not just the US), enough to understand and cheer for the politics in this book😂. Chalk and cheese though, I loved it. Jessen Reads Romance July 12, 2021 at 8:02 pm So glad I wasn't the only one who didn't like Marriage for One or Red White and Royal Blue. remarkablylisa July 12, 2021 at 8:02 pm YASSSSSSSS YOU KEPT BOO IN HERE KimMWC03 Humphrey July 12, 2021 at 8:02 pm I loved Well Met but haven’t read the rest. Marilyne Drew July 12, 2021 at 8:02 pm Love your videos ☺️☺️ onthefritz July 12, 2021 at 8:02 pm I need to read more TJR! Nothing Better Than a Book July 12, 2021 at 8:02 pm I didn't like Daisy Jones and the 6 either for similar reasons Vamps Rock July 12, 2021 at 8:02 pm Those high expectations is one reason why I read very few new releases soon after release. It's really hard to put so many other people's thoughts aside and make up my own opinion when so many people talk about a book in a short space of time, oversaturation is the issue for me rather than did I agree with the hype. Only my MUSTS get read early on, and generally before I've heard much about them. I'm ornery like that 🤣! TFS 🙂 And another great background I see!
