Has anyone ever noticed how, before the games, anytime the tributes are introduced by Ceasar Flickerman, he introduces the tributes from districts 1 through 11 using only their first name, but every time he introduces Katniss or Peeta, he uses their full names. From what I can see, this happens every single time he mentions the tributes,, whether it be reporting the tributes' scores, or introducing them onto the stage, on the eve of the 74th hunger games. I find it so odd that the other tributes seem to either have no last name, or be of such little significance, that they don't get to have their last name mentioned. Lol
