I'm a sucker for surprise pregnancy/baby, and Fiona does this trope SO WELL. It's part of the wider Voyeur series (which are all excellent), but can be read as a standalone. I loved it so much! I also quite liked One Moment Please by Amy Dawes. Athough Another has to be one of the best of this trope by far.
