Better Homes and Hauntings by Molly Harper was a fun one. It was a mild scare type of book, so if you haven’t dabbled in horror before, start with this. The romance was amazing too!

I honestly died when I read haunting Adeline. It’s such a wonderful freaky book. I honestly couldn’t read it in the dark.

Okay Besties for spooky season i highly recommend Liza James Fate Series!
Its about fated fallen angels, demons, witches and lucifer. They go to hell and its the steamiest thing ever!
The first book (FATED) is about a fated bond between a half human and a fallen angel
The second book (DESCENT) is about a fated bond between the sibling of the fallen angel in the first book and the succubus (sex demon)
The third book (ECHO) is about an angel and a fuc*ked up demom who wants to quite litterally kill his fated
The fourth book is about Lucifer and a witch.
PLEASSSEEEE READ THIS MY LOVES!
The pandora's box series is also apart of this world and there is a crossover scene. Vibe and Hush are both F/F!

Other books i recommend to read during spooky szn are
– Her Soul to Take (a women goes back to her childhood town but that town has weird shi* happening- the rich family that owns the town is secretly apart of this CULT and they are trying to bring back this evil god so they have to sacrifice 3 people i believe – the first girl that was sacfriced actually escaped- and the top dog wants to sacrifice the MFC in this book Rae. Rae runs this paranormal youtube channel and while she was filming her latest video she accidently summoned a demon because she found his grimore and they have insane chemistry and the demon (Leon) was tasked to kill Rae by the top dog but he wants to consume her instead…… you have to read the rest) DAMN THIS BOOK WAS STEAMY AF! Highly Recommend
– Her Soul for Revenge (This book is about the girl (Juniper) who escaped the sacrifice and she quite litterally bossed up and now is a boss as bit*h. She fights monsters and demons and is now seeking revenge and wants to annihilate the cult. Leon has a demon friend you see in the first book (Zane) – this is thier book. You see snippets of them is Her Soul To Take and DAMMMNNNN these people are KINKY AFFFF. This book looks to be 10times kinkier then the first book and the first book was 10/10. (These demons have long and i mean really long forked tounges….)

These books i havent read but are on my October TBR include
– Sick Fux …. i read a snippet but uhm YOOO this is some dark shi*.
– Haunting Adeline… this is about a girl, she inherits this really gothic looking black mansion in the forest and there is a cliff somewhere. She is an author and is writing a book i believe she goes to her signing and this ganster dangerous as hell man caught sight of her and decided he is going to stalk her and have her completly. Adeline also discovers that her grandma or maybe her great grandma was murdered in the mansion and she wrote it in a dairy and now Adeline is playing nancy drew.
Master of Salt and Bones… this is a Jane Eyre/Phantom of the opera retelling but make it gothic. The main guy is a reclused dude (something tragic happened to him in his past and everyone in the town fears him) and the main girl comes to the mansion where he lives as an employee – to take care of his mumand stuff go down this house.– Minfuck Series…. dont know much, all i know is this is about a sereial killer a cop thats trying to track down the killer. (they are in a relationship and the detective doesnt know he's lover is the killer.

I'd like to recommend A hunger like no other by Keresley Cole it's urban fantasy romance it was so F**king good the sex was a little meh it wasn't bad but it wasn't good either but the story and the world are so worth it , i still haven't read the other books in the series (the Immortals after dark series)but I've heard that the sex gets better with each book, there's vamps , werewolves and witches and so many other creatures.
every book follows a different couple in the same world and the characters are connected for the most part.

I literally finished reading Hollow Heathens and my mind is blown. The book was so good. I couldn't put It down. I really Hope Netflix picks it up for production. I would watch it. Thanks Mary for the recommendations.
