It's more 'woo-woo' than sci-fi, but she IS a Nebula-award-winning author so I think it just nudges in under the line <3<3 Elisia Plaisance August 16, 2021 at 6:00 pm These all sound really good🤓 Books with Nessuh August 16, 2021 at 6:00 pm I really want to read the extraordinaries & loved the sound of the stars. John Saxon Gitno4Life August 16, 2021 at 6:00 pm Can you please recommend some romance books for me to read in the classic books please stay safe love 💖 John from Australia Wilde Book Garden August 16, 2021 at 6:00 pm yes The Lunar Chronicles still stands up as such a solid series! I feel like Marissa Meyer is so great at writing character relationships that I get pulled in even with tropes I don't love as much – and I love her friendship dynamics tooI just bought The Sound of Stars and hope to get to it in October!I really liked the Starbound trilogy by Amie Kaufman and Meagan Spooner! it's a series of companion novels so there's three different sets of main characters and three different romances (opinion is pretty split on which is the best one which I feel like is a good sign??) but they all connect into one story, similarly to the Lunar Chronicles. I found the overarching story to be compelling and there's some creepy atmosphere/a little mystery too, especially in book 1 Nimrat Mand August 16, 2021 at 6:00 pm Yes Cinder was sooooo good.
