I love standalones so much more than series. Love all your recommendations! 😍 I love Untouchable by Sam Mariano and Punk 57 by Pen Douglas. She has one of the standalones I'm excited for this month – Tryst Six Venom. Other standalones I'm excited to read this month is For Lucy and Gothikana 😍

I just finished sea of ruin and it was the most fun I’ve had in a long time. It felt like a movie. EPIC

I love a “one book and done” stand alone, as well as a connected stand alone series that I can pick up the next couple’s book every other month. Duets and trilogies (multiple books on one couple): I’m more likely to pass.

I read a lot of books which are from series, but I'm not a series reader. I'd love a video of 'if you only read one it should be x'. I have a tendency to start with book 1 of series that are companion or low connection… but then because I'm not a series reader I never read more of them because I'm distracted elsewhere. Books that are so good they are worth reading out of order is something I am very interested in.

I love stand-alone more than series. I’m a one and done kind of person when it comes to books

i love both series and stand alone, i guess it just depends on how the book ends. if it just suddenly stops in a stand alone i get REALLY annoyed and like WHY!?!
Q about "forget me not" i really want that book cover, but the only cover i see on amazon is with the lead male character on it, and i really love the cover you show. i normally go for lead characters on the cover BUT sometimes they just aren't hot enough for me, so i'd rather use my own imagination instead ..does that sound bad? lol

For me it's all content based. If I'm reading the really dark and taboo stuff, standalone. I'm hungover from those wicked tropes and beats. Buuutttt when it's funny stuff, light-hearted or super angsty–I like series. P.S. I got Forget Me Not from another one of your videos and I'm currently reading it. So good!

I love stand-alones or series of stand alones. Series about the same couples don’t work for me!

I literally finished reading From Lukov with Love at 3am this morning. Kulti is still my favorite Mariana Zapata book though! I prefer series but I read a lot more stand-alones because after I read the first book in a series majority of the time I don't feel the urge to continue to book two even though I loved book one 🤷♀️

I love how I just sumbled upon Birthday Girl and read it without knowing the synopsis. I'm not sure I'd have chosen it if I had known about the father trope. The story was so much more complicated ! It was a beautiful novel and the characters' behaviour was way more "innocent" than the description let it think (no blatant cheating from our MCs – in my opinion – and a lot of emotions and guilt involved). A blessing in disguise !

I love duets, Aly Martinez does alot. I also love trilogies, Meghan March mostly does those. I do not like long series where it has more than 4 books. Stand alones are my absolute favorite as its short and sweet. I do not even like books more than 500 pages long🙈

And how can I forget Carian Cole's Ashers and Embers series. Also Royal Hearts Academy series by Ashley Jade. Also her Complicated Hearts duet is one of my All time favourite.

Hello! My friend has watched you for awhile and she said I had to come check you out, so here I am! You've got some great book recs! I'll have to check them out. If you take recommendations yourself, Deadlocked Desires by Ash Johnson is awesome. Paranormal romance, funny and the plot is gripping too. Its cool if thats not your thing, happy reading and keep doing a great job!

I prefer standalone s , or a series where there’s a different couple in other books . Most series in my opinion drag on, I have read a few series and loved them. But I like a beginning and an end . Unfortunately stand alone s are rare for the trope I love which is fantasy .

I read this book a few years back…there was this woman named Megan O' Conell and the guy's name was probably Alexander and they were business partners or sth maybe… anyways I cannot for the life of me remember the name and it's driving me crazyy😭 i know it was a pretty vague description but if any of you can help me out I'll be so grateful they'll have to invent another word for it🙏

I’m so excited to pick up some of these books! I’ve been binging Penelope Douglas’ books lately and picking up new adult romances and there are so many amazing recommendations here; I kept having to switch between watching this and goodreads so I could add them! Thank you! 🖤😍🥰

I'm more of a stand-alone type of reader. I can't commit to series. Some of my favorite stand-alone are Archer's Voice by Mia Sheridan, Kiss an Angel by Susan Elizabeth Phillips, Take Me Back by Meghan March.

I love romance series! I'm like you in that I don't love reading about couples being together and happy. BUT I do love reading a series where I'll be on book two, for example, and the couple from book one is on the sidelines being cute and happy!

I couldn't complete It Ends With Us because I'm an emotional person. But I loved The Hopeless and Slammed series by Collen Hoover. Cheating and love triangles are forever no for me.i couldn't handle those betrayal and emotions. God knows how long it took me to get over Ugly Love.Mia Sheridan is another of my favourite writer of all time . Archer's Voice , Grayson's vow, Where the Blame Lies , Where the Truth Lives are my best reads.
