Lisa: This June, I read 42 books, which isn’t too bad but isn’t too high for me.
Me: surprised but… I only read 8 books this month

Hahahaha! Hi, Lisa! I love this video!!

Erm. Not trying to call you out, but 100 books a month on average? That’s going on 3 books a day. Every single day. I don’t believe that’s even possible to do. I could maybe buy that you read a book a day. Or maybe you’re just good at speed reading? I dunno. You would know what you can do better than I would, but your numbers aren’t adding up in my head. 😐

I'm impressed how you can remember what they are all about. I tend to forget details pretty quickly after reading 😔

Lorraine Heath!!! The Hellions of Havisham were my first series of hers too!! The finale of that trilogy killed me dead. The Epilouge had me ugly crying

42 books?! WHAT A DREAM. I'm ashamed of myself because I swear, it can take me less than a week to forget the main character named.

You’re a KWEEN and I bow down! Kudos for remembering them all lol (I have the memory of a gnat). You make me want to take my Goodreads more seriously. But I’m a lazy bitch so I usually word vomit my thoughts right after finishing a book and keep it moving. 😂

“Falling into bed with a duke” I am rarely in the mood for historical romance these days, but you have talked me into this one. 🔥♥️🌿

You know precisely how I feel about When He Was Wicked 😬😒 It’s really my least favorite in the entire series, and it honestly makes me sad how much I disliked it on my reread earlier this year.

I really need to read some Lorraine Heath! She’s definitely a historical romance author I’ve always wanted to check out, and I hope I get to do that soon 🥰

Do you straight up not do podcasts etc? I do audiobooks during work too but can rarely listen for a full 8-10 hours. I usually read about 4ish hours and then move onto podcasts and music.
