You should check out Honey Phillips for sci-fi romance! I read her Exposed to the Elements series and it was a lot of fun. Also: Honey Phillips' Krampus and the Crone is a hoot and a half!

I love alien romances and I find Ruby Dixon’s books very Meh. I read the first few books in the ice planet barbarians series and then got bored with the formulaic-ness of them and moved on. Ella Maven and Zoey Draven are among my favorite alien romance authors.
