oooooof i'm so sorry about the heart principle! idk what to expect going in because on the one hand, hard-hitting contemporaries is what i started with for romance. i looove a depressing time. but on the other hand, i've already gotten used to a certain atmosphere with the first two books and i just don't know if this is gonna clash in my brain??
eye-opening, awe-inspiring experience for me as a person is exactly how i felt reading katee robert's "theirs for the night". holy shit. never have i felt so exposed to my perfect dynamic lmaooo

Oh noooo, that’s so sad that you didn’t like The Heart Principle! I haven’t read it yet, but I did love the other two books in the series… and Helen Hoang’s author’s notes always make me cry 😂

i literally just got into the biggest romance mood after reading people we meet on vacation…. so this is perfect
