I'm assuming you've read Kathleen Woddiwiss, but if not, you have to read her books! A Rose in Winter is one of my all-time favorite romances.

I’m always terrified to read Scottish romance (even though the blurbs often interest me) because I’m Scottish and I’ve been burned before. It’s always immediately apparent when the author isn’t Scottish (or hasn’t even been to Scotland…) but honestly this is making me want to try some again.

Shield of Roses is a fun book. Based on the life of Strongbow and Aoife and the invasion of Ireland. Not exactly the most accurate…It has several sequels.

Connie Brockway was one of my faves! I highly recommend "My Dearest Enemy" which is one of her best and in my top 10 romances of all time and was in many top romance lists the year it was released. Her earlier books were much better, anything before 2005.

Omg I'm jumping on eBay right now, do you have any recommendations of any bully historical romance , where the hero had bullied the heroine but then changes but in a historical setting not contemp,I've been searching for that. Awesome vid !☺☺
