Thank you 🙏 really need this for later , really want to get out of fantasy , tonight i hopefully going to start simon vs the homo sapiens agenda for the 1st time (i know everyone has read it but me , please don’t judge me 😂) for the basically readathon and am soo happy that am going to read another book that its not fantasy , have you read it ??? Historical fiction is also one of my favorite genres. I love "The Accursed Kings" series by Maurice Druon. Also "Fatima's hand" by Ildefonso Falcones.

Yes, I need to read The Home for Unwanted Girls – it's on my TBR for a several months. Today you said something about it that piqued my interest even more – been raised in an orphanage, a young mum been forced to give up her child. I read the synopsis but forgot what it was about 😀 Just like you I prefer to know very little about books I want to read but sometimes it's very necessary and good for me – Thank you, Michelle! 🙂

Memoirs of a Geisha is the first historical fiction book that I've read. It's absolutely an easy read. Right now, I'm reading Pachinko by Min Jin Lee. Highly recommended. Ciao!
