It was soo cute! I didn’t know what studio thinking was. I’m so excited that Netflix has a bunch! I just read howls moving castle too! Great recommendations! taylor wang July 24, 2021 at 11:49 pm I literally love watching emmie!! Alex Cook July 24, 2021 at 11:49 pm hey this is probably rude to ask but I've noticed that in a lot of your videos you've mentioned not being able to watch movies, is there a reason for this ? hope you're doing well. Eliclipse July 24, 2021 at 11:49 pm Hi Emma! I love this series so much, my favorite season is autumn, is there a recommendation video for that season? 🥺💙 trivias jhs July 24, 2021 at 11:49 pm I was just waiting for the god of small things to show up in this video Hank Krohe July 24, 2021 at 11:49 pm YES!!! Emma mentioning The Hobbit literally just made my day. I love it, and I feel like a lot of people say it’s too hard to read (which understandably, it can be sometimes) and they just give up on it. But idk it just made me so happy that one of my all time favorite books was mentioned. Bing Lamb July 24, 2021 at 11:49 pm Just a bit of trivia- La Dame Aux Camellias is the basis for Verdi's opera La Traviata. Just discovered your channel and as a life long and much, much, much older reader I appreciate your choices and presentation. Now that I anm retired I an finally getting to the classics I always meant to read including re-reads of my two favourites, War and Peace and Anna Karenina. baiqdhiaa July 24, 2021 at 11:49 pm i love ur videos sooo much👀❤ btw have u ever read anne of green gables series? that was the most cottagecore books i've ever read<3 Rachel Chambers July 24, 2021 at 11:49 pm I feel like you would LOVE "Equal Rites" by Terry Pratchett MarvelousMaggie July 24, 2021 at 11:49 pm have you read a little life? i heard it's heartbreaking and tough to get through due to the content matter. also, i have seen other booktubers (noelle gallagher, paperbackdreams and ellias talk and review it), but i am just wondering if you would ever consider reading it. V R July 24, 2021 at 11:49 pm Hey Emma! I would like to recommend 'The Midnight Dress' by Karen Foxlee to you. It doesn't really fit into the spring category since it plays in tropical Queensland but i think you will really enjoy it bc it is such a magical story with beautiful and atmospheric writing! You should definitely look it up! And sorry for my english lol Laura Gouveia July 24, 2021 at 11:49 pm your videos are getting me through the final week of the semester!! so calm, chill and interesting Daily Carolina July 24, 2021 at 11:49 pm Please do listen to the audiobook narrated by Andy Serkis. IT IS SO GOOD. The Gollum chapter where he does the same voice from the movies is pure perfection, it gave me goosebumps !! rescatooor July 24, 2021 at 11:49 pm I might recommend Elizabeth von Arnim's The Enchanted April. Four women at the beginning of the 20th century just decide to rent a villa in Italy and go there experience the blooming spring month. The author wrote the novel while enjoying a similar holiday so it's full of vitality and colour. Very underrated author. Annabelle Pope July 24, 2021 at 11:49 pm I am so glad I stumbled on your channel… my new fav!! Christy Gets Crafty July 24, 2021 at 11:49 pm Tulip Fever is amazing! Loved that book. Lala BooksLand July 24, 2021 at 11:49 pm Everyone has been talking about the House in the Gerulean Sea by Tj Klune. Now i'm intrigued and i wanna read it too lol Bea July 24, 2021 at 11:49 pm Adorei seus vídeos 💍🥰😭😍 Mia Fux July 24, 2021 at 11:49 pm the way you talk about books makes me want to get up right now and go buy them so i can read them <3 High Ball!!! July 24, 2021 at 11:49 pm Oh I didn't know Kiki's Delivery Service was based on a novel. I loved the movie! Pauline Gaede July 24, 2021 at 11:49 pm just found your channel yesterday, but i absolutely adore your videos and watched a couple of them already. 😍 Thiago Nunes C. July 24, 2021 at 11:49 pm Neil Gaiman's Stardust's an amaizing sugestion to, and has the same vibe of the other books in this list Jaimee Rindy July 24, 2021 at 11:49 pm Just found your channel and I love it ❤️ Herb Buetow July 24, 2021 at 11:49 pm Just discovered this channel. As a young man, one of my nicknames was "Book worm". I just love your channel. I am going to get the audiobook of the " Girl Who Drank The Moon". sarah d July 24, 2021 at 11:49 pm your voice is so pretty i’m in love Pravajja V July 24, 2021 at 11:49 pm You talking about the God of Small Things makes me so so so so happy oh my God I cannot express Mariana Cortés July 24, 2021 at 11:49 pm I haven't read it but it gives me spring vibes is Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen 😉 Candice July 24, 2021 at 11:49 pm The Lady of the Camélias is a beautiful book, heartbreaking really, but I think you mislead your viewers a little, the reason she wears camellias is because she's, well, an escort. And the colors of the camellias is actually meant to signify is she's free for the night or not. This is why she's vowed to never fall in love (along with a illness she has which also has a huge part in the book but I won't spoil you any more ahah), this also makes Armand's love for her so terrible, because he is relatively "poor" and cannot afford her "love" and yet he still tries to capture her heart and really I love this book and it has a lot of parts that are perfect for spring, but it's not this very light book you advertised 😉 Still beautiful, it has flowers, it has romance, but it has a big impact as well Paige Busick July 24, 2021 at 11:49 pm I recommend How to Make an American Quilt by Whitney Otto; her writing is beautiful, and there's even a film adaptation starring Winona Ryder. Plus, Garden Spells by Sarah Addison Allen, which is about two sisters that are witches, and there are strong themes of nature! Mary-Beth Holland July 24, 2021 at 11:49 pm Anne of Green Gables is a BIG spring vibe for me!! It's well known but I read it every year! Tiêu Châu 10A-HLK July 24, 2021 at 11:49 pm I love your voice ♡♡ MoonstonePearl21 July 24, 2021 at 11:49 pm It's wonderful to see someone else besides myself get so much joy out of nature! I too love the sounds of birds 🙂 MoonstonePearl21 July 24, 2021 at 11:49 pm The Secret Garden is perfect for spring! shuttergirlUK July 24, 2021 at 11:49 pm Super interesting vid. Once you've read La Dame aux Camélias, I'd recommend watching Verdi's La Traviata, the opera inspired by the novel. (Preferably the Covent Garden version with a young Angela Gheorghui.) ayşe July 24, 2021 at 11:49 pm your videos make me feel so calm <3 your voice is so kind and soft and makes me feel at peace Reading Nymph July 24, 2021 at 11:49 pm Amazing recommendations 👌🏻 Masami Iliffe July 24, 2021 at 11:49 pm your voice is so soothing 🥺 Pranavi Nissan July 24, 2021 at 11:49 pm Oh my… I cannot believe how lovely you are! 💖💖💖 juana famulari July 24, 2021 at 11:49 pm recommended books:.The Lady of the Camellias by Alexandre Dumas fils. The Year of the Hare by Arto Paasilinna. The girl who drank the moon by Kelly Regan Barnhill.Kiki´s delivery service by Eiko Kadono.Daughter of the forest by Juliet Marillie. The house in the Gerulean Sea by TJ Klune.Tulip fever by Deborah Moggah. The God of small things by Arundhati Roy.The Hobbit by J.
