That book has stuck with me ever since I’ve first read it and it’s awesome that you also agree how wholesome and beautiful it was! I hope the rest of 2021 brings other awesome reads! 🥰 Nikki Kinz August 7, 2021 at 2:15 pm I loved the first 4 book of the Camorra Chronicles, Nino is my favourite hands down 🖤 Lisa B August 7, 2021 at 2:15 pm I love Annie’s Song. Catherine Anderson actually has several books with heroines with a disability and the perfect heroes to complement them. Phantom Waltz has a heroine that was paralyzed in a barrel racing accident. Blue Skies has a heroine with an eye disorder that leaves her blind, and My Sunshine has a heroine with aphasia from a head injury. She does such a good job of describing how everyday life would be different with each of these really different disabilities and yet creating characters that refuse to be kept down by whatever happened to them. I found them all really sweet and cute. Her other books are sweet and cute too, I just found these ones among the most memorable. Rachel S August 7, 2021 at 2:15 pm love your dress! It's so good. 😭 CA loves to write sweet overprotective heroes and heroines with disabilities/running from abusive situations it's her go-to formula but she's very hit or miss for me. But this one is a gem. Also, can Brothersong be read as a standalone? Leave a ReplyYour email address will not be published.
