I want to read a few of them so bad but my reading slump won't leave me alone so I can't even look at a book without hating it šŸ’” I was so excited for The Bromance Book Club and Get A Life but once I had them as e-book I hated reading. It took me 8 days to finish a book by R.S. Grey but I'm happy for your recommendation I will definitely try them once this slump end

I want to read so many of these! I even already own a couple of them. But I doubt I will make it to them before the end of 2019. I think I’m devoting the rest of 2019 to holiday romances. I will have to put these at the top of my January Tbr. Thanks for the recommendations Lacey! Have a great weekend!

I even adored the sequel more than the kingmaker and I gave the kingmaker 5 full stars so it’s definitely one of my all time nOW Lennix and Maxim are wonderful and beautiful not only outside but also inside. I really love how Kennedy always gives more layers than just the romance (which are TOP TIER anyway so its a double win). I have so many Tiffany Reisz books in my tbr and I still haven’t read 1… SHAME ON ME. I definitely need to read bringing down the duke before 2020! Get a life, Chloe Brown is my next read after his royal highness I can’t wait 😊 I also need to read her other series! Those covers intrigue me so much!
    Hades and Persephone retelling
    me: YES
added to my tbr I really need to get back into reading fantasy romance I rarely do anymore and its one my all time fave sub-genre! i am a sucker for falling for your best friend’s dad trope idk what that says about me šŸ˜‚

I have The Rose on my TBR for Nov-Dec and put Get A Life on my Christmas wishlist. If the hubby doesn't get it, it's one of my must guys. Off to go check out Promise of Darkness now!

I read the Off Balance series by Lucia Franco this year and LOVE IT. The fourth book came out a few days ago, not all of them came out this year but I think two have. It’s a very taboo age gap romance, but once you read it you don’t really notice it that much plus it’s just so good. I can imagine some people might find it a bit icky though.

It’s about a 15 year old gymnast who goes off to live on her own to be able to study under this well known ex Olympic gymnast, he’s 30 I think when the series starts. They fall in love, have a lot of sex, and there’s a lot of gymnastics and the struggles that the main character goes through to be able to be the best she can be. I’ve never read a series I enjoyed so much as an adult, the writing is so so good and the books are super long which I love.

They’re backlist technically, but I thought Cat Sebastian’s The Soldier’s Scoundrel was just amazing & of course The Simple Wild. As far as books released in 2019, I loved Ayesha At Last, The Flatshare, Red, White & Royal Blue, and 99 Percent Mine.
